Best rack I have owned. Pulleys work great, built with sturdy material.

Got the Dane 2.0 for my garage gym in Tracy, CA and honestly it’s been one of the better purchases I’ve made for the space. Frame is solid, welds are clean, and nothing has rattled loose or worn down with regular use. Feels like it’s built to actually last, not just look good in photos.

A few weeks in I noticed a clicking noise coming from the cable. Wasn’t sure what to make of it — but reached out to their support team and they walked me through it pretty quickly. Turned out to be a simple fix. The fact that they actually responded and helped me sort it out without a runaround meant a lot. Good support is rare, especially for equipment at this price point.

Here’s the other thing that got me — I bought it and then they dropped a 20% off promotion shortly after. Annoying timing, right? I reached out and they honored it with a gift card for the difference. Didn’t have to fight for it or anything like that. They just did it. I heard it’s part of their policy. That kind of customer service builds trust.

On the training side, cables have completely changed how I program my sessions. Bayesian curls, lateral raises with constant tension, seated rows — stuff you just can’t replicate well with free weights. Built a full 3-day split around this thing and it’s been running smoothly since.

Setup is the one area to set expectations on — it takes a good chunk of time, definitely easier with a second person. But once it’s up, it’s rock solid.

Would I buy it again? Without question.

The Dane has become the focal point of our basement gym and my wife and I love everything that it can do, and I think it's great that you are continuing to try to improve customer experiences with your stuff.

Before we get into feedback, I want to say we LOVE the Dane 2.0. We just LLC'd our Garage Gym, The Standard, and exclusively have Fringe products for our racks, rigs, and accessories. We noticed a few visual inconsistencies in the assembly/instructions manual. Namely around the Pulley system images where you see renderings and real life photos that contradict one another and our instructions had a couple of typos when referencing piece/part numbers as it related to screws. I didn’t keep them post-assembly so I know that’s not much help. Technical things aside — we LOVEEEEE the Dane. It’s been an incredible addition to our garage gym. Having outfitted our garage gym almost exclusively with Fringe, we look forward to a long relationship with your brand and hope that we can explore possible partnership/ambassador opportunities with you all as we continue to add equipment and begin training as a business. Happily already upgraded to Dane 2 right at the time it was initially being offered and have zero regrets. I literally use it every single day. Couldn’t be happier with the choice, and couldn’t be happier to be a customer of Fringe. So impressed by all that you put out and the way you support customers like me. You have a customer for life with me and I will continue to recommend you to everyone I can.

I've been using the Dane 2.0 for several months and couldn't be happier! I checked out several other options before purchasing and landed on the Dane for the 1:1 cable ratios. The assembly was easy and the cables are very smooth. Any questions I had, customer service was on it. Don't waste your time trying to find something better. Get the Dane 2.0!

Sold my functional trainer and bought the Dane 2.0. Absolutely great unit. I was skeptical because of the price difference from other brands. The 1:1 ratio is also a nice touch. Well done Fringe!

The gibbon arms are a game changer for my home gym! The ability to position the arms in so many ways doesn't just allow you to do cable crossovers and better lat pulldowns, it allows you to position the cable feed width and location perfectly for any exercise. This is better than having a dedicated cable crossover and lat pulldown machine. I highly recommend it! FringeSport customer service is fantastic as well.

Overall, a huge difference maker for multiple exercises. Setup and cutting the cable to the correct length for my Dane 2.0 was a relative snap. The sole issue was that the rollers weren’t the smoothest initially, but that was quickly fixed by using a bit of silicone lubricant. In terms of workout
enjoyment they’ve made cable flies way more effective for me which was already expected, but the difference they made on kneeling cable crunches, reverse cable crunches, and cable lateral raises has me no longer dreading those exercises as I can get much better quality reps now. Overall this has proven to be a 10/10 upgrade so far.
