REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All Sales Final After 30 Days Upon Delivery

Due to the size, weight, and logistics of our products, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective after the 30 day period.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photo/video evidence
  • Keep all original packaging

We will:

  • Replace the item
  • Send replacement parts
  • Or issue a resolution at our discretion

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
  • After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be canceled

Returns

If a return is approved:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • A restocking fee (up to 25%) may apply
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used equipment
  • Assembled products
  • Custom or special-order items

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery:

  • Standard: 5–14 business days
  • Freight/Large Equipment: 2–4 weeks

Delays may occur due to high demand or logistics constraints.

Freight Deliveries

For large equipment:

  • Delivery is curbside only
  • Customer is responsible for moving items inside
  • You must be present to receive delivery

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery is missed:

  • Additional fees may apply
  • Redelivery is the customer’s responsibility

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost shipments
  • Additional shipping fees may apply

Warranty Claims

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use or installation
  • Damage caused by user error
