Shipping Overview

We ship all orders from our US-based warehouse. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it was placed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. We work with major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to get your equipment to you safely and on time.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. The current free shipping threshold is displayed at checkout. Promotions and discount codes may affect eligibility.

Large & Heavy Items

Some items — such as power racks, cable machines, and multi-station units — may require freight or white-glove delivery. If your order qualifies, you'll be contacted to schedule a delivery window. Additional fees may apply for remote locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website or via your Hybrid Strength Co account.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
