Low Row Foot Plate

I’ve installed the footplate and have been using it together with the lat pulldown seat about 2–3 times per week.
So far it’s been working great. The setup feels stable under load and it fits well with the way I’m using the Dane 1.0 in my garage gym.
I’ve been really enjoying the Dane 1.0 overall. It’s a very versatile piece of equipment for a compact setup.
I’m planning to start releasing some content featuring the system before the end of the month and will definitely share my experience once that’s live.

It will mar up the rack when using and installing. But just another piece to maximize function of the the Dane. This shouldnt be $150. It should come with the rack. Its expensive for what it is.

Foot olate

Steel solid, very pleased with the steadiness. Great attachment to add to the Dane 2.0. With proper form your able to get a good stretch on the back while doing cable rows.

Low row mounted on spotter arm

Works great with standard bench. Exactly what you need to get you off the floor while low rowing.
