The GLCE365B targets quads with intense leg extensions and strengthens hamstrings with curls. This versatile equipment is suitable for both home gym enthusiasts and commercial users.
The Body-Solid GLCE365B Seated Leg Extension & Leg Curl Bench is designed with safety in mind. Its adjustable foam rollers cater to users of all sizes, while its wide base design ensures stability and prevents rocking. This equipment is a space-saving solution that combines multiple machines into one without compromising on workout quality.
The Body-Solid GLCE365B is built to last, with a commercial 2"x 3" heavy-gauge steel frame and all-four-side welded construction. The DuraFirm back pad offers three upright positions for leg extensions and two supinated positions for traditional leg curls. The hold-down grips on both back and thigh pads provide additional support and stability, ensuring a safe and effective workout.
The oversized 8" foam roller pop-pin adjusts both vertically and horizontally for a proper fit.Â
