Contact Heart Rate

The E400 comes equipped with Heart Rate Contacts as well as a Heart Rate Control Chest Strap for use with the 5 HRC Programs. The Heart Rate Control Strap sends your heart rate information to the console for processing. Heart rate control programs are designed to automatically change resistance to keep your heart rate at a predetermined level based on the selected Heart Rate program.
