The Body-Solid GAB300B Semi-Recumbent Ab Bench is designed with a 5-position adjustable seat, a 5-position upper ab arm, and a 4-position lower ab leg support, allowing users of all sizes to customize the bench for a personalized workout experience. 
 
The GAB300B allows users to efficiently and effectively perform biometrically correct sit-ups, crunches, and knee raises simultaneously or individually. A multi-position seat, ab arms, and leg supports accommodate users of any size, while ergonomically positioned handles provide a natural, fluid motion. The self-aligning reticulated foot support ensures proper positioning and the upright positioning makes the bench easy to mount and dismount.
 
This ab bench features an ergonomic design with articulating foot support and a specially contoured seat to align perfectly for a wide range of ab exercises. It provides a focused workout for upper and lower abs, improving muscle engagement and core strength with every rep.
